Peter Marino is a member of the IDSS board of directors and has held numerous executive positions in government and private industry. Within the government, he held a number of senior positions with the Central Intelligence Agency. Upon leaving government service, he was President and COO of Lockheed Electronics Co., Inc. and Fairfield Industries, Inc.; Senior Vice President of E-Systems, Inc.; CEO and President of Fire Arms Training Systems; and Senior Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He serves or has served on numerous boards including the Defense Science Board, Intelligence Science Board, Qinetiq North America, InMarsat, North America, ArgonST, DRS-Defense Solutions, Tasc Inc., Catapult Consulting, Thetus Corp and others. He is an advisor for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office and the Central Intelligence Agency’s Senior Advisory Group. Marino also serves in an advisory capacity for a number of large aerospace and intelligence focused companies. Marino earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from Rollins College and his master’s degree in engineering physics from Pennsylvania State University. He is also a Harvard Senior Executive Fellow.
